Visiting Nondies won the toss and chose to bat Goulburn Murray Cricket innings, with openers Jamal Sukhon and Matt Oddie making a solid start across the first four overs.
But in the fifth over, Oddie (12) was bowled by Anthony McMahon, with Nondies co-captain Zeb Ellwood (9) falling soon after to a Clay McGregor delivery.
McGregor led the Moama attack, recording best figures by taking 5-24.
He took the third, fourth, and fifth wickets for the hosts, dismissing Sukhon (20), Rhys Behrens (2), and Broden Wishart (15), which left Nondies 5-65 and placed pressure on the rest of the order.
The visitors would momentarily halt the McGregor barrage, increasing their run rate through an impressive sixth wicket partnership of 47 built by Daniel Clements and Xavier Wishart.
Rhys Drennan broke up the duo when he dismissed Clements (22) via a Billy Gallagher catch.
Wishart followed soon after, also falling victim to Drennan but finishing as Nondies’ top scorer with 32 off 46 deliveries.
The lower order offered little resistance, with the final three dismissals of co-captain Matthew Robinson (16), Jack Pollock (2), and Kyeran Ellery (3) ensuring Nondies posted a total of 146.
Moama’s chase got off to a fast start, being propelled by an opening wicket partnership of 49 between Russell Stockdale and Fraser Buchanan.
Stockdale was dismissed at the end of the sixth over by Matthew Robinson after scoring freely with 37 off 21 balls, which included three fours and three sixes.
Coming in at three, Anthony McMahon and Buchanan put together a 101 run partnership to chase down the total.
McMahon would hit the winning runs with a four midway through the 28th over, finishing just shy of a half-century with 49 not out.
Buchanan did reach his 50 the over prior, concluding the innings 53 not out and hitting a match-best eight boundaries.
Moama will have its final tune-up ahead of finals with an intriguing clash against Bamawm-Lockington United next week.
Meanwhile, Nondies, without a win yet this season, hope to change that fact when it hosts Echuca.
