This annual event attracted 12 riders keen to test themselves in the Race of Truth.
With each rider setting off one minute apart, there would be nowhere to hide.
First off was John Jenkins, followed by Jerrod Davison, Mel Smolenaars, Claire Goodman, Dave Oman, Matt Dobeli, Hugh Byrne, Myles Higgins, Kevin Laffy, Nick Woods, Cameron Smith and last to race the clock, Matt Sullivan.
Unfortunately for Myles Higgins, our Shepp-based National age group champion in the TT, a mechanical ended his race before it began.
From the outset, gaps were narrowing with Hugh Byrne on his new aero steed, making short work of his minuteman Matt Dobeli and continued to work through the field.
Matt Sullivan rode through the field to post the fastest time.

The other big mover in the field was Nick Woods, who was flying.
Cam, riding his retro TT bike after a morning garage mechanical, was working hard to keep Matt Sullivan away, while Kevin Laffy also passed his three-minute man Matt Dobeli.
When all the times were in it was Matt Sullivan with the fastest time (21min 34.37sec) from Nick Woods (21min 55.81sec) and Cam Smith in third (22min 37.36sec).
Thanks to race director H and photographer Richard Bailey, we're back again on Saturday next week in Moama for the second Lorraine and Ivan Collings race.
