Members of Echuca TOWN Club (Take off weight naturally) celebrated the club’s 25th Birthday at the Echuca Workers Club recently.

If you want to lose weight and can’t seem to do it alone, then this may be the club for you.

TOWN Clubs help and encourage members as they take the steps needed to make a change in their lifestyle, eat sensibly, exercise, attain their personal goal and maintain a healthy goal weight.

The club supports members with a weekly weigh-in, meeting, group discussions and plenty of encouragement.

New members are warmly welcomed.

TOWN meets at 5.30pm on Mondays at Echuca Neighbourhood House, 39 Landsborough St, Echuca.
