In this week’s Goulburn Valley golf croquet pennant, Rich River’s teams both scored a win.

THE Rich River Golf Croquet pennant team played Numurkah Blues at Numurkah the week gone and recorded a good win.

The final score was nine games to three, 77 hoops to 57.

The best performer was Helen Brierley who won all four of her games.

Bev Floyd, Graham Richards and Russ Smyth each won three.

Rich River’s association croquet team played Numurkah Navy at home this week, winning two games out of three. The scores were fairly low at 27-21.

Representatives from the club attended the Echuca-Moama Youth Expo at Echuca College this week.

A number of school students showed an interest in croquet and hopefully the game has found some new recruits.
