Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate John Kelly, who is wanted on warrant for failing to attend on bail.
Kelly is 27 years old and described as 170cm tall with a thin build, brown eyes, brown hair and is unshaven.
He is known to frequent the Echuca/Moama and Mildura areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kelly in the hope someone may have information in regard to his current whereabouts.
