Josh Treacy set for big stage

Treacy will play for Team Brown - a side named after former Brisbane star Jonathon Brown - who will be led by AFL Academy head coach Luke Power.

The key forward, who can also pinch hit in the ruck - has regularly featured for the Bendigo Pioneers in the NAB League this season.

In his 15 games, Treacy has kicked 14 goals including a bag of four against the Geelong Falcons.

Due to his commitments with the Pioneers, Treacy has played just three games for the Cohuna Kangaroos kicking two goals.

Earlier this year, he was selected in the Victorian Country squad ahead of the national championships but did not play a game.
