Moama will take centre stage this weekend when Channel 7’s Weekend Sunrise segment ‘JT Travels NSW’ with popular host James Tobin broadcasts live from the region.

The live cross, scheduled for Sunday, August 24, is part of Destination NSW’s Always On campaign, designed to inspire travel and showcase the best of regional NSW.
The program will highlight some of Moama’s most iconic experiences and attractions, including Hammond Providore, Morrisons Riverview Winery, Rich River Golf Club, Echuca-Moama SUP and Moama on Murray Houseboats plus the famous paddlesteamers.
Locals are also encouraged to be part of the action.
‘’We’d love to see the community go down to Morrisons at 7am for the broadcast on Sunday to get involved and show their support,’’ Murray River Council tourism marketing and events officer Kristy Hayes said.
‘’It’s a fantastic opportunity to put Echuca-Moama in the spotlight and inspire Sunrise viewers to visit our beautiful region.’’
