Shepparton police say they have broken a drug network in the region, with multiple arrests made.

Sergeant Shaun-Maree Brock said 125g of cocaine and 60g of methamphetamines were discovered in a car that police intercepted in Benalla Rd, Shepparton on Thursday, September 11.
Two men, a 29-year-old from Shepparton and a 34-year-old from Kialla, who were in the car, were arrested.

They were both charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of methamphetamines, trafficking cocaine, trafficking methamphetamines, possessing cocaine and possessing methamphetamines.
Both were remanded in custody to appear before Shepparton Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
That night, police found what they allege was cocaine at a Shepparton house during a search warrant.
A 27-year-old Shepparton woman was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine.
She was bailed to appear in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court in January next year.
Police conducted two more search warrants on Monday, September 22 on homes in Kialla West and Shepparton East.
Police found what they allege was cocaine at the Shepparton East house, and what they allege was methamphetamines at the Kialla West house.
A 52-year-old Kialla West man has been charged with trafficking cannabis and possessing methamphetamines.
A 30-year-old Shepparton East man was arrested and charged with possessing a drug of dependence and possessing ammunition that was not stored properly.
On Tuesday, September 16, police did five more searches of houses in Shepparton, Tatura and Grahamvale.
Three men were arrested at the Shepparton house.
A 21-year-old Shepparton man was charged with trafficking cannabis, possessing the proceeds of crime and possessing ammunition while a prohibited person.
A 26-year-old was charged with possessing methamphetamines, possessing cannabis and possessing a machete.
The two men have been bailed to appear in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
A 20-year-old Shepparton man was also arrested at the house, but given a caution by police.
Sgt Brock said the police investigation into the alleged drug syndicate had been running since November last year.
