Voges will go down as one of WA's greatest ever coaches after leading the State to a hat-trick of Sheffield Shield titles, from 2021-2024, as well as four one-day titles.
The 46-year-old, who played 112 Shield matches for WA over 15 years before taking over the coaching role from Justin Langer ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, will leave his post in order to pursue coaching opportunities in franchise cricket.
Voges is a chance to remain as coach of the Perth Scorchers beyond this BBL season, however.
Such has been Voges' success at WA, he is widely touted as the heir apparent to current Australia coach Andrew McDonald, who is contracted until the end of 2027.
"I'm incredibly thankful to have had the opportunity to be in the role of WA men's team head coach over the past eight seasons," Voges said in a statement.
"We have enjoyed an incredible amount of success over the past four seasons, which is a credit to everyone involved with the side.
"It's also been really pleasing to oversee many players from WA take the step to international duty and excel playing for their country.
"While it wasn't an easy decision to make, I'm looking forward to pursuing more coaching opportunities in franchise cricket."
