The museum reopened late last year following a $6.2 million expansion and executive officer Peter Hill said its reputation is spreading quickly through enthusiast communities.
“It is really becoming an event mecca for enthusiasts and industry,” he said.
“We are excited that MOVE is working as a drawcard for the region and we are becoming a must-visit destination for these groups.”
The weekend visitors include the Moke Owners Club, Goldfield Car Club, SS Owners Club, Griffith Motor Club, GT Falcon Club and the Tocumwal Hot Rod club.

Since reopening, MOVE has exceeded visitor expectations and Mr Hill said car clubs were especially keen to visit.
“I have bookings into June and July and we are getting new inquiries every day,” he said.
“Some of these groups are very large and their major rally events are scheduled years in advance, so we expect over time we will attract larger events.”
In Victoria alone the Association of Motoring Clubs has 270 affiliated groups.
“MOVE is committed to growing direct tourism and we work with visiting clubs to hopefully develop a schedule that sees them stay longer and explore all that the region has to offer,” Mr Hill said.
