Tons of fun at Kialla West Primary School's colour run

Laughter, fun and colour - and plenty of the latter.

That's what was on the menu at Kialla Lakes on Friday for students of Kialla West Primary School as they held their annual colour run.

More than 200 students turned up decked out in white, with brightly-coloured chalk covering the lake and participants by the end of the run.

Students were sponsored to run in the event, fundraising for improvements and additional resources for the school.

Fundraising is still taking place for another week. The school has been more focused on counting smiles from Friday's run, of which there were plenty.
