The team has been working around the clock for weeks, meticulously arranging bunches, bouquets and blooms, making sure not a single petal is out of place.
All so mum doesn't miss out on her special day.
Owner Sarah Bryant said she was thankful she had a posse to help after the influx of orders she received this time last year.
“I was lucky to still be able to operate through the COVID-19 pandemic,” she said.
“I didn't have my shop back then, it was just me in my studio, so I had to turn my phone and online orders off at 200 because I couldn't get the orders together quickly enough.
“But since March 1, we've been in High St and I've got a few people helping me so we're ready to hopefully sell out this year.”
Mrs Bryant said while online orders and contactless delivery meant her bunches flew out the door during the pandemic, she was expecting more this time around.
“I'm hoping with people being able to come into the shop and pick out exactly what they want, we will be able to keep the orders coming,” she said.
“I think we're about 75 per cent of the way to having the same amount of orders as last year and we still have a few days to go.”
For the past 15 years, Mrs Bryant has had her hands full of flowers, doing what she loves.
“I knew I wanted to be creative so I was either going to be a graphic designer or florist,” she said.
“I decided to do my floristry apprenticeship in Melbourne and began working for a company who did commercial jobs like the Spring Carnival.
“But I made the move back home to Echuca about seven years ago and set up the studio at home.
“And once four of my five kids went off to school, I had a lot more time on my hands and that's when we decided to open up the shop front.”
And if you're not quite sure what mum will like, Mrs Bryant has a few options.
“I've put together five different options online, ranging from $55 to $150 and in different colours, so there is something there for everyone,” she said.
“We've also been working with other businesses in town to put together gift packs of flowers and candles or platter boxes and bunches, so I think mum will be well and truly spoilt no matter what you choose.”
The store will be open Saturday and Sunday in case there are any last-minute orders.
“Usually women are really on top of it when buying flowers for their mums, but sometimes the guys buying gifts for their wives need a bit more time,” Mrs Bryant said.
