U17s — Echuca 49 d Tatura 25
After a slow first quarter, the girls stepped up in the second quarter with some great defensive work.
Echuca finished with a good win 49-25.
B res — Echuca 43 def. Tatura 32
Echuca played a great game in attack and defence.
Awesome shooting by the goalies and some great defensive pressure by the team — Echuca created a number of turnovers from their good intercepting.
B grade — Echuca 35 def. Tatura 33
Echuca came out strong in the first quarter to establish a four-goal lead.
Tatura hit back in the second and third quarters, which closed the gap.
The girls held their lead and only just got over the line.
Impressive intercepts by the defenders and some good shooting by the goalies.

U12s — Echuca Murray Bombers vs Rochester
Echuca Murray Bombers met tough competition on Friday night against Rochester, with both teams determined to take the win.
In a game that was hard fought, with the ball moving from end to end swiftly, creating the contest and tackling were key.
Throughout the game Zac Swinton, Logan Mann and Angus Watson were instrumental in creating the contest to win the ball.
Solid defence from our defenders Jake Scragg, Charlie Kenna, Jaxon Bourke and Cooper Mai kept the pressure on to limit scoring opportunities from the opposition and send the ball back our way.
Darcy Weeks and Riley Chivers-Sellings took control of the ball early in the ruck, tapping the ball perfectly to rovers Charlie O’Toole and Liam Gronow and key ball-mover Jack Oliver.
Captain Easton Carlile showed the team how it was done in the second half, tackling and consistently putting up a contest to turn the ball over.
In the low-scoring game, the smooth passage of play from Hayla McGregor to Hugo Beggs for our only goal was the standout of the night.

U14s — Echuca Green 11.13 (79) d Tatura 3.5 (23)
Echuca Green were fired up for their contest against Tatura on Sunday and in perfect conditions both teams came out keen for the win.
Sol Fleming, in his best game of the year, was sensational creating spark that really got things going, allowing Connor McCoy’s attack on the ball to set up many goals.
Noah Turner was tireless in the ruck; not only did he win us the first use of the ball but his efforts around the ground were outstanding.
The backline of Carson Smith, Chhay Williams and Mitch Shearer held everything out, turning defence into attack. Jed Dargan and Ed Cunningham were not only defending but playing a smart half-back role and creating options to score.
Josh Dempster was superb, consistently presenting from the forward pocket and allowing Kyle Green and River Stevens to press from defence to attack, setting up goal opportunities.
Jett Westblade and Alan O’Neill played with freedom up forward, their presence and pressure was outstanding, contributing to many of the goals scored.
Levi Hone and Zac Hegarty were everywhere! Finding space, taking mark after mark, continually getting the ball deep into the forward line. Judd McAuley played a stunning game with strong marks and perfectly timed runs towards goal, kicking four for the game.
James Head, Isaac Watson and Paddy Kennedy made a difference in moving the ball forward. Isaac’s magnificent ‘speccy’ a highlight of the game.
In a physical game, the boys came off the ground battered and bruised, but happy with a well-deserved win.
