From flipping through their first schoolbooks to ruling over the playground, Shepparton East Primary School Prep students wasted no time settling in on January 30.

Some were eager to get started on reading and writing, while others headed straight for the fun and games. And for a few, the day began with a tight hug before stepping into their new adventure.
