Telstra regional general manager Steve Tinker said services to Rushworth, Stanhope, Girgarre and Carag Carag were restored about 3.30pm on March 3.
"If anyone is still having problems with their service they should contact Telstra so we can investigate," he said.
"This is also a really important reminder to anyone undertaking digging activities to use Dial Before You Dig to ensure our critical infrastructure isn’t damaged and communities aren’t disrupted."

ABOUT 200 Rushworth residents’ Telstra phone and internet services were impacted on Tuesday, March 2 due to a digging mishap involving a third party.
In a statement, Telstra confirmed that up to 200 fixed-line phone services, 40 ADSL customers and 3G and 4G services at Rushworth were affected after a cable was cut by a third party unrelated to the telecommunications company when undertaking digging near Kyabram.
At 7.45 am on Wednesday, March 3, Telstra confirmed fibre optic repair crews replaced the damaged cable overnight, restoring services to Rushworth around 3.30 am.
ADSL services and 3G/4G mobile services in Rushworth and Stanhope have been restored.
Telstra said fixed landline phone services were expected to be restored later on Wednesday, March 3.
