Renowned business and tourism guru Jude Hannah will be coming to town on Thursday to lead two, two-hour sessions at the Echuca Workers and Services Club.
EMBTA president Daniel Mackrell thanked the work of the Campaspe Shire economic staff for bringing the sessions to town.
"You couldn’t get a better time to have a person of this calibre presenting to such a vibrant centre and its go-ahead businesses," he said.
"Massive things are happening in Echuca-Moama at the moment, we have the business awards running, a packed weekend of entertainment, and some innovative businesses doing great things.
"We have five of our members as finalists in the awards, so this shows the dedication and success of our local businesses.
"Customers are our number one, without them we just have a product or a shop or a landing page, by having a focus on customer service we get sales and repeat sales."
Mr Mackrell said his staff from Lets Do Coffee will be attending the training.
"Aileen and I know that we need to invest in our fantastic and dedicated staff," he said.
"The return on the investment of $20 is a no-brainer, if the next day we get an extra smile, a referral or just a ’well done’ for better customer service, that’s worth it.
There will be two sessions on Thursday, one at 11am and another at 5.30pm. Tickets are $20, for more information visit campaspe.vic.gov.au/work/business-development/business-workshops
