The event marked the beginning of a new initiative aimed at strengthening local business and community networks.
Attendees had the opportunity to meet others from across a range of industries, share ideas and build professional relationships in a relaxed setting.
A total of 44 tickets were booked for the event, which brought together local professionals for an evening of networking, socialising and collaboration.
C4EM Admin Assistant Natalie Durrant said the event was a success.
“Our April networking event with C4EM at EMBR was such a great vibe, packed with networking, socialising and some seriously good food,” she said.
The evening included presentations from C4EM chief executive officer Jayden Howe and Next Gen Connect’s Rish Kothari, as well as opportunities for attendees to connect across industries.
The event was a collaboration between C4EM, an advisory group focused on regional projects, and Next Gen Connect, which operates under the organisation to support emerging professionals.
The initiative aims to create ongoing opportunities for young professionals and business leaders to connect and engage within the region.
Further events are planned, including a breakfast series event at Coolabah Turf on Friday, April 24.
The event will include breakfast followed by a behind-the-scenes farm tour, offering attendees a chance to learn more about the local business while networking with others.
