Ride2School promotes active travel and safety

The day began with a special whole-school breakfast, featuring yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast and juice to energise everyone for the day ahead.

During recess, the basketball court was transformed into a road safety riding circuit for the K-3 students, where they practised recognising and responding to road signs.

Year 4-6 cyclists enjoyed a group ride around Mathoura, following all road rules and enjoying the company of their classmates.

Overall, Ride2School Day was a fantastic and well-supported event, promoting active travel and road safety for everyone at Mathoura Public School.
