Moama Soundshell will host a free community event this Sunday, December 19, featuring Echuca Moama performers as part of the Sunday Session @ Moama Soundshell program.
It is a way for the Murray River Council to give back to the community, who have been so passionate about the council’s Christmas Trail program - particularly the bauble at the soundshell.
The bauble being consistently vandalised was a spur for the council to host a free community event at the Soundshell to give back to the community.
As Moama’s Christmas Carols Celebrations have been cancelled and there are no community events planned in Moama, Murray River Council saw an opportunity to organise a music event.
Through the extremely tough year the MRC wanted to spread some Christmas joy.
A Christmas Sunday Session will be held on Sunday, December 19 at the Moama Soundshell from 4pm.
The event will be part of the music events MRC runs called A Sunday Session @ Moama Soundshell.
It will include live music performances from Drew Walker and the Moama Grammar’s Drumline and Jaymi Clancy.
There will be a sausage sizzle, jumping castles, Port Ice creamery.
