It will be hosted at the Deniliqin RSL Club, with doors opening from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
The forum is expected to run for about two hours.
It is likely to be one of few outside larger voting centres of Farrer like Albury and Griffith.
Based on community feedback to date, organisers are investigating how best to make the forum accessible to those unable to attend in person.
At the time of publishing, all but two of the candidates registered so far had accepted an invitation from NSW Farmers.
Candidate nominations for the by-election will close on Monday.
Attending are (in alphabetical order): James Bonnefin (People First Party), Raissa Butkowski (Liberal Party), Lucas James Ellis (Sustainable Australia), David Farley (One Nation), Michelle Milthorpe (Independent), Gary Pappin (Independent), and Brad Robertson (The Nationals).
Replies are yet to be received from Rebecca Scriven (Family First) and Richard Hendrie (Greens).
The candidates will be quizzed on questions pre-submitted by Farrer constituents, with water, fuel and health expected to be the main subjects based on community sentiment to date.
Questions for candidates must be submitted by noon on Tuesday, April 14.
Send them to content@denipt.com.au, or deliver them in person to the Deniliquin Pastoral Times office. Please include your contact name and details.
RSVPs to attend the forum will be accepted on the above email, or via https://form.jotform.com/260887134716868.
