The Riverine Herald’s Laura Buckley was in attendance as Beacon Foundation Echuca Moama staged its annual business breakfast at Radcliffe’s on Thursday, March 30. The morning was highlighted by the announcement of the 2023 Beacon leaders from each of the participating schools, while officials, special guests and sponsors tucked into a hearty breakfast.
