The Adelaide Benevolent Society mourns the passing of Max Basheer AM, distinguished lawyer, and life member of the Adelaide Benevolent Society.

Max Basheer was honorary solicitor to the Adelaide Benevolent Society for over 20 years, volunteering many hours of his time in support of the Society’s affordable housing initiatives.

In 2012 he was made a life member in recognition of his service.

On behalf of the Board and staff, we extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends during this time of mourning.
