Adelaide Rock and Blues music legend lost. Fought through emphysema and was overcome. Apologies from John's family to those concerned - there will not be a public funeral or memorial, as he had not wanted one to be held. There may be a gig or event organised in John's memory in the coming weeks - keep an eye out. Please connect with those in your life who have shared experiences with John and remember some stories. Or put on a track that you know he would have enjoyed and remember why.
John is survived by his partner Annie and son, Harry.
