Historical sale of local history a historic opportunity in time

Because it’s not often a museum parts with any of its collection; in fact, museum-quality items available to the general public is an opportunity as rare as the proverbial hen’s teeth.

But there’s one coming our way, making it something of an historic moment of its own.

Echuca Historical Society president Dot Hammond said its museum was having a one-off market day to clear out duplicate and surplus items in its inventory and some ‘other treasures’.

COVID-19 regulations will be in place.

The event will be held on Easter Saturday, April 3, at 10am at Echuca Historical Society Museum at 1 Dickson St, Echuca.
