Riverine Herald editor Gregor Mactaggart was on hand as the inaugural Echuca-Moama Shave took place in front of a bumper crowd at the American Hotel on Sunday. More than 30 local residents lost their locks as part of the fundraiser to help families directly affected by cancer. Organisers had hoped to raise $10,000, but with the support of generous Echuca-Moama residents, raised more than three times that figure.
Before: Paddy Casey, Luka Van de Zand, Rory Van de Zand and Oma Trees were among those to lose their locks.
