On Friday, it hosted a heartfelt and engaging afternoon that brought together students, families, and the wider community.
The event began with a special NAIDOC Week Assembly, where students reflected on the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The assembly highlighted the importance of respect, inclusion, and understanding—core values embraced by the school.
Following this, families were invited into open classrooms to view the amazing artworks created by students during the previous term.
These pieces showcased the students’ creativity and their deepening appreciation of First Nations culture through visual storytelling and thoughtful design.
Guests enjoyed a sausage sizzle along with tea and coffee, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged conversation and connection.
