Sarah Bryant, owner and founder of Bryant’s Buds in Hare St, Echuca has had a flood of roses come into the store to help locals treat their loved ones this February 14.
“We’ve had 375 bunches of flowers come in, 3500 roses,” she said.
“It’s hard to get people to stray away from either red or pink roses, but I recommend a mix of season flowers like hydrangeas mixed in with the roses.
“Seasonals are just so pretty, and all locally grown, too.”
Bryant’s Buds sources its flowers from local farms and suppliers, such as growers from Gladfield and Bendigo.
For a rounded gift idea, the team can offer a range of romantic solutions.
“We do make all of our own candles in the shop, with different scents, they’re always a great add-on for gifts and they’re unique to us,” Ms Bryant said.
“Flowers and candles are our specialities, and we also have grazing boxes from Fuzion Cafe that we can deliver — I think that’s always a nice gift: a grazing box, flowers, candles.”
Bryant’s Buds is open from 9am until 5.30pm for any last-minute Valentine’s Day gifts, with Afterpay available online and in-store.
