The event features St Anne's Winery, Three Black Sheep, Cadell on the Murray, and Four Two Five, with hop-on-hop-off buses running from 12pm to 5.30pm and return shuttles from 5pm.
Each venue will host two live music sets, with a lot of high energy music this year.
“The weather looks amazing, the forecast is a huge bonus,” Echuca Moama Events director Jacqui Wegener said.
“I don’t think the rain dampened anyone’s spirits last year, which is a good thing.”
This year introduces several new features, including a silent disco for those walking between venues.
''You can actually chuck on a set of headphones and dance from venue to venue, which is pretty cool,'' Ms Wegener said.
A new scan-in, scan-out system on wristbands will help more accurately spread the bus shuttles out at the end of the day, making the return to town a little bit smoother for everyone.

The Junction VIP marquee is offering a huge two-hour brunch between 10am and noon, along with the boat cruise and cocktails for an added Pop and Pour experience.
Four Two Five will feature The Last Street Tattoo lounge, which Ms Wegener described as having ''a speakeasy vibe lounge, which is awesome.“
St Anne's Winery has introduced a 360-photo booth and is showcasing its new landscaping with the beautiful lawn area.
Ticket exchanges are available Friday 5-8pm or Saturday 10am-12pm at either the American Hotel or Border Inn for those making their own way to venues.
''There are still a couple of general admission options that are still available,'' Ms Wegener said.
“There is a huge amount of crew out there that have all been trained and ready and all excited to make sure everyone knows what they are doing, and can have a great day.”
New features this year include a silent disco for walking between venues and a scan-in, scan-out system on wristbands for smoother shuttle operations.
