The trail brings together stores across the region offering vintage fashion, homewares, books and bargains, with each stop helping to reduce waste and fund community causes.
Developed collaboratively with op shops across the municipality, the map makes it easier for residents and visitors to explore their stores.
Mayor Daniel Mackrell said the council was proud to support community charities while encouraging sustainable tourism.
“The Op Shop Trail celebrates the passion of local volunteers and the joy of giving pre‑loved goods a new life,” he said.
“It’s a simple way to shop economically and sustainably whilst keeping unwanted items out of landfill.”
Cr Mackrell also encouraged residents to not leave items outside op shops or donation bins, as the disposal work and costs were passed on to volunteers.
Poor quality or damaged household clothing and textiles may be taken to the council’s resource recovery centres for free.
