The program involves showing prospective buyers around to three different properties in a particular area that they are looking to buy.
Ms Rowntree, best known for her work on programs like Getaway, Wonder World! and 20 to 1 — is the host of the show.
Echuca’s Century 21 Real Estate has been working behind-the-scenes with the film crew to organise the showing of the homes, based on buyers’ preferences.
Century 21 real estate agent Andrew Lochhead said this was not the first time they had worked with Ms Rowntree and the entourage from Country House Hunters.
“We worked with them about 12 months ago when they filmed an episode in central Echuca for season two of the series,” Mr Lochhead said.
“One of the buyers from that episode had actually grown up in Echuca and was wanting to return, which is something that we were more than happy to assist with.
“We have remained in steady contact with the Country House Hunters team ever since, which is what led them to want to work with us again for an episode in season three.”
In terms of the property that the prospective buyers were looking for this time around, Mr Lochhead said they were interested in properties of around 2ha to 52ha.

Mr Lochhead said he was thrilled the Century 21 team had been chosen to be involved with two episodes.
“We’re extremely lucky to have had this opportunity twice,” he said.
“Their team is great to work alongside. What you see of Catriona Rowntree on the TV is exactly what you get — she is incredibly warm and friendly.
“We’ve loved being able to show off our great community and the benefits of living in Echuca-Moama.”
During filming, Ms Rowntree was spotted at several hospitality venues around town, which she is expected to speak about on the program.
Season two is currently airing on Channel 9, with the first episode that Century 21 worked on being aired in the upcoming weeks.
The episode for season three will be airing in 2023 and it has since been confirmed that the buyers have purchased one of the three properties that they were shown.
