Teen killed in Mathoura car crash

A 16-year-old boy, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

Four other occupants of the car were physically uninjured in the single vehicle crash.

Officers attached to Murray River Police District established a crime scene and have started an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
