In line with the latest Victorian Government guidelines, all patrons aged 18 years and over must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exception.
On arrival, patrons will be asked to check in using the Service Victoria app and show a Riverboats crew member their COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate.
If you do not have a smartphone, printed COVID-19 digital certificates will also be accepted as proof of vaccination status along with proof of ID.
Proof of vaccination will be required to enter the festival site, and refusal to provide proof of vaccination will result in refusal of entry, regardless of whether a valid ticket has been purchased.
No refunds will be issued in the event that a patron has purchased a ticket and cannot provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.
Face masks
While masks are not compulsory within the festival site, the festival organisers strongly recommend all patrons bring a mask along with them and consider wearing it when not eating or drinking.
Please be mindful of each other’s personal space and keep 1.5m apart where possible.
Hand sanitiser
Hand sanitiser stations will be positioned around the festival site; however, festival staff recommend attendees bring their own sanitiser as well and use it frequently.
Stay at home if you are feeling unwell
Please stay home and do not enter the festival site if you are feeling unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath or any other flu-like symptoms.
