WITH restrictions easing on the NSW-Victoria border and across regional Victoria last week, a sense of normality is starting to return to the twin towns.
Residents made the most of the beautiful weather at the weekend, enjoying the local surrounds of parks and recreation reserves.
While some rushed back to pubs, restaurants and cafés, who welcomed back dine-in customers for the first time in several weeks.
