THE road to the new Echuca-Moama bridge is there for all to see – but no-one has seen it from a bird’s eye view.
Riverine Herald photographer Steve Huntley used his trusty drones to show the new road – from end to end – that starts up on the Murray highway and now has a clear run to Moama.
The project has already seen major roadworks and the construction of floodways and crossings and with the path now well and truly laid out the bridge itself will be next.
Steve had several goes to complete the video – which was edited at the Riv by photographer Cath Grey – as he battled wind, the sun in the wrong place and trying to capture some action on the roads and work sites below.
