ATV stolen from Echuca business

POLICE are investigating the theft of an all-terrain side-by-side vehicle from an Echuca business.

The 2015 Can-Am Commander 800 DPS was stolen from Echuca Moto Shack between 9pm Tuesday and 8am Wednesday.

Thieves broke into the Cornelia Creek Rd premises by cutting two locks with an angle grinder before stealing the yellow and black vehicle, which is valued at more than $12,000.

Moto Shack owner-manger Lauren Painter was lost for words when the Riv contacted her.

“It's just devastating,” she said.

Police are appealing for information into the theft.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has any information is urged to contact Echuca police on 5483 1500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
