The fundraiser will take place on Saturday, June 20 at Perricoota Station in Moama, featuring comedian Marty Fields and live music from local act The John Grossman Project.
Perricoota Station owner Peter Hazeldene said the event was about bringing the community together while supporting a vital local service.
“You know, it’s a community thing for the community,” he said.
“We wanted this fundraiser to benefit everyone.”
Mr Hazeldene said he chose entertainment that would appeal to a broad audience.
“I looked around local and found Marty Fields and thought, he’s a good one,” he said.
“The band is a local band that I know and they play a good broad spectrum of music for a wide audience.”
The evening will also include a silent auction and raffle, with local businesses already donating prizes and auction items.
“It’s early days but there are quite a few local businesses lined up to donate some items for the raffle and auction,” Mr Hazeldene said.
“There’ll be about half a dozen major items for the silent auction.”
Food and drinks will also be available throughout the night, including wood-fired pizza, meat and gravy rolls and a coffee van, with complimentary canapes served later in the evening.
Mr Hazeldene said organisers were hoping for a strong turnout.
“Hopefully it will be a good and entertaining night,” he said.
The event will be held at Perricoota Station, 183 Perricoota Forest Rd, Moama. The bar opens at 5pm, with entertainment beginning from 6.30pm.
Tickets are $80 per person, with a return bus from Echuca-Moama available for $10. Bookings can be made online.
