ROCHESTER Basketball Association has put out a call for players as it aims to start a season in week two of Term 3.
On Sunday, it was announced that the registration period had been extended after initially closing on July 3.
Play looks set to get under way this month as restrictions surrounding junior sport in Victoria continue to ease.
Under-16 and 10 teams will be arranged by the association.
All those interested in playing in the under-18 competition will need to form their own teams.
Team names can be sent to rochesterbasketballassociation@gmail.com
All coaches, referees and scorers over the age of 18 are required to have a Working with Children’s check.
Details around junior development programs (grade Prep, 1 and 2) will be announced in the coming weeks.
There is a cost of $50 for season fees and $25 for insurance, which will last 12 months.
A five per cent discount will apply to season fees for each additional family member.
Everyone is asked to follow the Rochester Basketball Association Facebook page for more details.
