In one of the feel-good stories of the season, the forward who retired with motor neurone disease in May has been approved to start on the field in rounds 26 and 27.
Arrow will then be substituted out in the opening seconds before any active involvement in play.
It comes after the Rabbitohs made an appeal to the NRL to grant the former Queensland representative an on-field swansong while still able to walk and run.
The initiative gives Arrow two final chances to farewell an NRL career that featured a grand-final appearance in 2021 and 12 State of Origin caps.
"You can see that he's beaming inside and that it means a hell of a lot to him," Arrow's close friend and Souths five-eighth Cody Walker said.
As part of the agreement, the NRL has granted Souths special dispensation to name Arrow as an extra player on Tuesday's team list and an extra substitution in their rotation.
The matches, against Gold Coast and the Sydney Roosters, will bring Arrow's tally to 180 career games and 100 for the Rabbitohs.
He will lead the team out on both occasions and sit on the interchange bench in Souths kit after being substituted out.
Arrow was in the room when elated Souths players were told about the plan during their team review session on Monday morning.
"We all play a tough sport and we all mean so much to so many people, but it's so special to see what players mean to other players when things are going tough," said Rabbitohs fullback Matt Dufty.
"(Jai) brings a smile to everyone's face. Whatever we can do to give back to him, even if it's a little bit, it's just what we need to do. We're all behind him."
The Titans and Roosters have both approved the plan, as have the Rugby League Players Association.
Arrow played 56 games for the Titans, who will wear a special jersey to honour the 31-year-old during Saturday's game.
Arrow's former teammate Damien Cook said the idea of seeing Arrow take the field again gave him goosebumps.
"That's awesome. I'm really happy for him because it's someone who obviously had no idea that his career was going to be cut short like that," said Cook, who will leave St George Illawarra for UK club Castleford Tigers next season.
"He's someone who's given his body to the game and to his teammates.
"So to knock up 100 games and two more chances to have that feeling of running out in the field again, it gives me goosebumps.
"That's special for him, so I'll be definitely watching that."
The NRL world has rallied around Arrow since his shock diagnosis and immediate retirement in May.
The league threw Arrow "the world's biggest birthday party" on the day Souths beat Newcastle in July, rolling out a birthday cake in the shape of his jersey and presenting him with a commemorative jersey.
Fundraising efforts have already passed $1 million in support of Arrow, who is the father of a young daughter.
Players from all clubs showed their support by marking tries with arrow celebrations during July.
