For LBU, Zeik Johnston made the most of his opportunities inside forward 50, kicking four goals.
Meanwhile at the other end, Danny Brewster did his best to keep the Bloods in the contest, booting seven majors.

Round 16, 2014 at Gunbower Recreation Reserve
Leitchville-Gunbower 10.17 (77) def. Mount Pleasant 10.12 (72)
The Bombers were forced to come from behind to a win a thriller in 2014, a result which helped them secure a double chance as they finished in third position.
Leitchville-Gunbower kicked 3.8 to Mounts’ 1.1 in the final quarter to secure a thrilling victory.
‘‘It was a big game in the context of the season. We win that and it sets up a top three spot,’’ Bombers coach Marty Shadbolt said.
‘‘We didn’t start very well. We had a lot of the play from half way through the third quarter to the end of the game, but just couldn’t quite get the score on the board.
‘‘Luckily we kicked those two late goals as there wasn’t much time left.’’
Joel Donehue was named best afield for the Bombers.
