The club is looking to build on a wildly successful 2025-26 season, which included junior premierships and another GM3 premiership in the senior competition.
As well as the ongoing success of initiatives such as pickleball, twilight tennis and the always enormous Easter tournament, the club is looking at going through a transition off the courts.
The 2026-27 season will be an exciting time for tennis in the region, with the official combining of several tennis associations to make up the Goulburn Murray Tennis Association, as well as new initiatives with the local midweek women’s competition
After many years of service several key members of the committee will be stepping down from their roles, leaving gaps to fill on the committee.
The tennis club has been going from strength to strength since the COVID-19 years, with increasing numbers each year and improving quality on and off the court.
The club’s annual general meeting is on July 13, at 7pm, at the Ky Lawn Club rooms.
All members of the community are invited to attend and see what is happening at the club.
In particular, the club is looking for a new president and secretary for the coming season.
