Mitch & Tamara, Emma
& Daniel, Josh and
Hayley & Elias. Doting and
much loved Nanny Pat to Callie, Reece, Noah & Zoe.
Old Nan to Everleigh.
A cherished, loving and devoted Mum and Nan who was dearly loved and will be forever missed.
Now reunited with Ken.
