Heysen Chapel,

760 Goodwood Road, Pasadena

on TUESDAY, June 16 at 12.00 noon.

At conclusion of Liturgy

the Cortege will proceed

to the adjoining Cemetery

for Committal.

Visitation will be held in the above Chapel

prior to Liturgy at 11.45 a.m.

In lieu of flowers a

memorial donation to

the Hospital Research Foundation (Dementia)

would be appreciated by the family
