PIRZAS, Anastasia

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anastasia Pirzas, fondly known as "Bubby", aged 96 years, who passed away peacefully in Melbourne on 6 June 2026.
Cherished Mother of Martha and Jim, beloved Mother in Law of Theo and Jan, and adored Grandmother of Alisha, Stephanie and Anthony.
Reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Paul, and great-granddaughter, Chiara.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend the Funeral Service for Anastasia, to be held at the Presentation of Our Lady to the Temple Greek Orthodox Church, North Balwyn, on Thursday 18 June 2026 at 10.30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anastasia's honour to St Vincent's Institute.
