Throughout the season, the Blues young gun has tormented opposition defenders on route to a record 127 goals - the most in a single Murray Football League under 14s season since Cobram's Jake Hoolahan tally of 117 in 2008.
Impressively, Reid hasn't spent the entire year sat at full forward - often spending large amounts of time in the middle of the ground where his clean skills shine through.
And Tonny under 14s coach David Graham said it had been a pleasure to work with Harley for a second consecutive year.
"Harley has been in a class of his own," Graham said.
"Being able to kick goals from the midfield at such a young age shows the talent he has.
"As a coach you always know what Harley is going to give you on a weekly basis which makes your job a lot easier.
"But as a lot of people will tell you, he isn't about the individual success. He has probably set up as many goals as he has kicked this year."
On the back of Reid's performances, the Blues managed to secure fifth position on the ladder - much higher than Graham anticipated at the beginning of the year.
"Harley has certainly helped to put us in this great position," he said.
"He has helped to make his teammates better players as the season has gone on and that's why we only missed out on a double chance by percentage.
"Those types of players can sometimes be irreplaceable."
Reid capped off his terrific home and away season on Sunday after finishing second in the Murray Football League under 14 best and fairest.
