The Bombers have snared Nic Denahy, who won Echuca United Football Club’s best and fairest award in 2018 and was runner-up last year.
He is also a Murray League representative player.
‘‘He’s a very athletic type and we are naturally pleased he has decided to join us. The good part is that he will be able to train with us,’’ Bombers co-coach Brad Edwards said.
Riverine Herald journalist Brayden May described Denahy as a classy player who should readily adapt to the stronger GVL. "I think he will do very well,’’ May said.
Edwards confirmed Kyabram was getting commitments from its current senior list of players to line up again next year.
‘‘We have spoken to about 70 per cent of the players and they are all on board at this stage for next season,’’ Edwards said.
