Regional commuters are being urged to check before travelling, with work on major transport infrastructure projects and general maintenance works impacting travel.
There will be disruptions to the public transport and road networks while these works take place. Be sure to plan ahead and allow extra time or take an alternative route if possible.
Coaches replace trains each night on the Bendigo line from Tuesday, July 8, to Thursday, July 10, due to Metro Tunnel Project works.
Please allow an additional 60 minutes’ travel time for your journey.
From Southern Cross Station, from 8pm to last service, coaches replace trains to Bendigo/Epsom/Eaglehawk for the entire journey.
From Bendigo/Epsom, from 7.30pm to last service, coaches replace trains to Southern Cross for the entire journey.
Coaches replace trains each night on the Bendigo line from Sunday, July 13, to Wednesday, July 16, due to V/Line maintenance works.

On Sunday, July 13, from Southern Cross Station, from 8.30pm to last service, coaches replace trains to Bendigo for the entire journey.
From Bendigo, the 8pm service will be replaced by coaches to Southern Cross for the entire journey.
On Monday, July 14, to Wednesday, July 16, from Southern Cross Station, from 8pm to last service, coaches replace trains to Bendigo/Epsom/Eaglehawk for the entire journey.
From Bendigo/Epsom, from 7.30pm to last service, coaches replace trains to Southern Cross for the entire journey.
Bendigo and Echuca trains will terminate at Sunbury from Friday, July 25, to Monday, July 28.
On weekdays, passengers transfer to a Metro bus replacement service from Sunbury to Sunshine, then complete their journey to and from the city on a Sunbury line metro train.
On the weekend, coaches replace trains between Southern Cross and Gisborne on the Bendigo and Echuca lines.
