Seymour Highway Patrol is appealing for public assistance following a number of incidents across the region.

On the Eyewatch – Mitchell Shire Police Service Area Facebook page, police have issued an assistance request for two incidents that occurred on Saturday, July 4.
Police said the first incident took place on the Goulburn Valley Hwy between Yea and Seymour.
Several vehicles were reportedly being “driven erratically”, police said, between about 4.30pm and 4.45pm.
Investigators are interested in speaking with anyone who witnessed the vehicles involved or who has dashcam footage of the highway during this time period.
Police said they were also investigating a collision involving a car and a truck, which occurred southbound on the Hume Fwy between Avenel and Seymour at about 6.20pm.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the area at about the time of the incident is urged to contact police.
