After months of rehearsals, the local cast will bring Disney’s beloved adventure to life at the Echuca Paramount across five performances only, opening on Friday, October 23.
Packed with colourful costumes, energetic dance numbers and all the songs audiences know and love, the show follows the fearless Moana as she navigates the ocean on a daring mission to save her island.
Co-director Molli Johns said the production had given young performers a valuable chance to build confidence, develop their skills and become part of the wider theatre community.
“Our young performers have thrown themselves into this production and we can’t wait for audiences to see what they’ve created,” she said.
“This is a great chance to see the talent in our community and support young people.”
