Lanes to be reduced at Ogilvie Avenue/Sturt Street

OGILVIE Ave will be reduced to one lane each way at Sturt St from Monday as intersection upgrade works continue.

During this time, asphalt works will be carried out on the southern side of Ogilvie Ave.

Works will take place between 7.30am and 5pm, weather permitting.

Speeds are temporarily reduced to 40km/h for the safety of the community and roadworkers.

Old Aerodrome Rd will remain temporarily closed at Ogilvie Ave with access available via McMillan Rd at Cornelia Creek Rd.

The works are part of a safety upgrade which includes the installation of traffic lights, additional turning lanes, bike lanes and street lighting.
