As of October 27, Goulburn Valley Libraries has reopened its branches as part of its COVID-19 plan.
Cobram library is open Tuesday to Friday, from 10 am to noon, and 2 pm to 5 pm.
Goulburn Valley Libraries chief executive Kevin Preece was ecstatic to open the doors to patrons once again, thanking the public for their patience.
“This is great news for our communities and staff who have been very patient while waiting for the restrictions to pass,” he said.
“We are adopting a cautious approach and initially we will only be encouraging people to come and borrow from our great on-site collections and use our public computers, printing and copying facilities.”
